Toby's Great War effort pt3. 1/72 Emhar Whippet.FINISHED

A World War One GB - any subject, any scale, 1914-1918 - this is not a 1914-specific GB.
Runs 6 weeks, July 28th to September 8th, to allow plenty of time for biplanes, rigging, and holidays.

Toby's Great War effort pt3. 1/72 Emhar Whippet.FINISHED

Post by TobyC »

After my semi disaster with the Scout I'm going for a bit of therapy with the Emhar Whippet.

I'm expecting a far easier time with this

Well this is going a lot easier than the Scout. Not surprising as there's only about 20 well fitting parts.
I'm using Mig Ammo moss green for the colouring and have already sprayed the insides of the track assembly.

If other things hadn't got in the way I reckon this would've been finished in less than a day. An ideal candidate for a Blitzbau maybe?
Just need to paint the red/white on the rear of the tracks and exhaust, decals and weathering to do now.

Very nice Toby. It looks a damn sight more willing to go together than the 1/35th version.
