The first coat of silver was dry enough so I've given it a second coat. Still a bit patchy on the outer wings, so they, at least, will get another coat of paint.

Just under 12 hours to this point. More coats of silver. Blue/grey on u/c, Small details painted. Extra aerial added. Just need to leave this for a couple of hours to let the paint harden, then its decal time.

Yep, Hobby Boss kits are great for Blitzing.

Good job hand brushing the silver. That drives me crazy. What brand/color paint did you use?

The first coat of silver was Humbrol 11 enamel, when that was just about dry I used some cheap hobbyists 'Model' silver acrylic, thinned with water, for two more coats.
