Popped the seal on a fresh tin of Humbrol 224 for these Wellingtons this afternoon. One careful hour later and this is how she looked:

I've also re-attached the nose turret and guns. Once the paint is properly cured I'll tidy up a few stray marks on the white and then get a couple of Klear coats on her ready for the decals.

I don't foresee any problems with getting this one finished before next weekend providing the decals behave (I've never used MPD ones before) and I don't make a mess of the canopy frames.

Looks sweet. How do you plan doing canopy frames? Painted decals strip, masked or freehand?
