So I have a 4-day weekend - yahoo! Time to get things moving towards completion.

The control tower:

Need to finish up the watch office on top, and add some aerials and so forth. The railings are a bit wobbly in places, but I'll try to straighten them out before mailing.

The Beagle is nearly done - need to touch up the paintwork and add a couple more decals:

It has 4 coats of paint and still the yellow plastic makes itself noticeable....

And the vehicles are progressing - the flatbed truck is almost finished, while the parcel van is getting there:

The bus is the least complete and I will put in some hours on it tomorrow.

The tower will go well with your little club house. Some of these old Airfix kits really do scrub up well for their age.

I can see the display becoming a busy feast for the eyes.
My work bench is starting to look like Portsmouth Naval Dockyard.

Excellent work Paul, these are all great looking builds. I think slightly bent handrails are quite a common sight and yours look fine to me but, of course, it's your model, you finish it as you see fit.

Cheers, guys.

Shaun, I think I'll be adding a bit of a 'rust' wash to the 'welds' on the railings. That'll add character and explain away some of the wonkiness... ;-)

The control tower will be finished tomorrow, and there are a few figures to finish painting as well.

They all look the "Box Deluxe" Paul - I'll bet they get their fair share of photos taken over the weekend.

Agree with the others. Nice looking builds.

By the way, what kind of antiques does Bradley's trade in?
