Matt the Baureihe 23 looks brilliant, I'm glad you built, it as mine would not have looked half as crisp as that.

It's a real shame they don't still make the full range of Kitmaster kits any longer as the early one's were real gems.

Oh wow, great work with those Matt. Be sure to post up some finished shots and I'll update the list accordingly :grin:

It's a loco only a mother could love ;-P. A bizarre marketing choice by Kitmaster -- obscure, ugly and in the wrong scale. No doubt that's why the things are so rare and expensive on eBay, in unbuilt form, anyway! It's one of the less accurate models as well -- check out photos on the web of the "SBB Ce 6/8", and you'll see that the running gear and electrical gear are rather oversimplified and the cabin somewhat different, which is strange given how good and finely detailed some of the steam prototypes are.

Anyway, it'll be a talking point!

Great work Matt.

It's a real oddball of a kit, I wonder why Kitmaster did not do it in HO scale for the continental market.
