Fantastic progress, Jeff. I built an Academy 'cat some years ago and remember it because I didn't have to use one spot of filler anywhere.
You're shaping up to have this done in the next half hour or so!

What's with all this old music? I don't recognise any of them, what with being so young and all....
The 'cat is looking very nice, Jeff.
I can't say the same about that dog though. Looks a bit anaemic to me.

Fab progress!

What on earth is that green 'substance'?
Best wishes

The green stuff is Squadron Putty. No. Pickle relish.

Ok, the decaling is getting there but tougher than the Corsair. Nice thin strong decals that will not conform easily to the curve of the cowling. Future is working however but needs a bit of assistance. If you have never worked with Academy decals before expect them to stick were they land. Be careful to get good alignment right off. They don't move much.

Old music yes, but it is "real" music IMHO.

Like this one.

Had this one ready for posting and I had been logged out. At any rate, the antenna is on, bombs ready for mounting, glass had been masked and painted earlier, about ready to wrap things up.

This is when all H$%#@ can break loose.

Thank you Splash.

Well, at the 12 hour mark I am calling this one done.

It turns out that it was more of a challenge than the Corsair but nothing that really stopped the progress. Glamour shots tomorrow.
Family time now.

I do see the Academy P-40E as a possible Blitz yet this month.

I leave you with another "newer Hollies" hit that I have always liked.
