Great progress though

If you can walk away from a landing, it's a good landing. If you use the airplane the next day, it's an outstanding landing

Re: Ians Zebra - Casting Off!
12 hours in and the deck is looking green.
That's about the only positive thing I can say right now. This build is a nightmare and I am really doubting I can get this done my 10am tomorrow. Decks need another coat (or 2). The bottom of the hull will need 2 or 3 coats. There's all gubbins to stick onto the decks and paint them. And I'm really tired. I think this one is going to beat me - and you don't know how much I hate saying that!

Hang in there Ian. A little more Blitzfood needed.

Shame about the torpedo tubes but the rest of the paintwork looks great.
The fish and chips don't look too bad either.

Re: Ians Zebra - Casting Off!
OK, enough is enough. I need some rest.
Here's where I am up to at 23:00
Lots to do, so I plan on getting up at around 05:30 to make a start. I'll need to sort out the boys and do the school run but I should get a good 3 1/2 hours in. Hopefully that will be enough.
And so to bed!

Still with you after a four hour work related road trip. And I will be here in the morning. I know you can do this.

Sterling effort so far Ian. You set yourself a pretty high bar with this one.

Morning chaps. So much for the early start. Alarm went off at 5 but I stayed in bed. Bad move.
I'd best crack on!

Re: Ians Zebra - Casting Off!
It's a mess, Stu! Still, I have 2 more hours to try to get done. Not a long time given what I need to do but I am going to give it my best shot.
School run done and the kettle has just boiled.
Go go go!

Re: Ians Zebra - Casting Off!
I wonder how effective the zebra pattern was, it certainly breaks up the shape and makes it hard to work out what you are looking at.
Good luck with the red.
