Tim,

Well, I can definitely see the Spitfire camo scheme in there. As you say, it must have taken a bit of head scratching to adapt it to the Lightning. Lovely stuff!

There are still one or two bits and bobs to do but I have been working on it this evening and thought I'd post a few pics before the GB closes.

I'm thinking of repainting the canopy frame Dark Earth as the black stands out a bit too much for my liking.

After adding serial numbers and painting the canopy frame Dark Earth the Lightning is finished. :)

I enjoyed this build and am thinking of building a BoB Luftwaffe Starfighter to go with it. :grin: Thanks to Martin for suggesting and leading the GB.
