This is a GB for "What-If?" aircraft - which could be real aircraft in non-historic markings or an aircraft that didn't exist but could have, but not overly weird stuff like sci-fi & fantasy ....

This GB started from a thread here.

The GB runs from Saturday, January 31st to Sunday, March 1st - local time; your GBL is Martin R who will gladly fill in any necessary info and make sound, reasoned judgments on stuff that never existed ... or something ....

Good-oh, Daren! Me too, although I still need to source a canopy for my F6F-7.

I've got a couple of ideas for this and will decide later after completing my other two GBs.

I'm in. Time is scarce, so it will be nothing too elaborate!

Probably a Vought F5U-3 (licence built Gloster Meteor III) in pre-war USN yellow wing guise, as a demonstration aircraft.

i.e An Airfix Meteor III with a natty paint job! :ha:

I bought a kit off ebay for this GB not realising that it had already been started. It's only the wings top and bottom halves that have been joined together and as a matter of order I wondered would it be possible to use this kit for the GB?

Toby,

I have scrutinised the rules, examined the Action Replay and consulted the linesman. Result: you're in!
