What if .......camouflage had not developed over time?

Great idea. Often thought about using those fancy WW1 colours on a WW2 fighter, but never actually tried it, so really looking forward to seeing it.

I have made a start on this by fitting the seat and then painting the cockpit area. I have also assembled the wings, belly tank and propeller:

Annoyingly I have picked up an ear infection so I can only concentrate for short periods of time. This could be a long old task. :sad:

Thanks Fred, they are printed on clear film so I will be painting the bottom of the wings white first to get the colours to show through.

I have knocked up some seatbelts out of painted tape, and put the fuselage together:
