That sounds rather like it was not your choice.....
All the best with that and you know we'll be here when and if you feel the need to let off steam
Best wishes

Just to clarify: I've not actually lost my job, I just really, really, really need a new one!

I might get in another couple of GB subjects, but I do need to devote some time and energy to getting another job before I end up tearing out the last remnants of hair on my head.

I'll hopefully get a bit more done to this next week, as since I'm now not working early shifts it means that I can be a bit more focused on it, rather than just wanting to sleep when I get in!

A couple of wee fiddly bits done today - glued the wheels together and painted the interior of the undercarriage legs. There isn't a whole lot of building left to do, thankfully, so I should imagine this will be done by the weekend.

Progress has been slower this week, but tomorrow/Sunday should see some work done.

The last photo I took of the model's progress:

There is a LOT more of it done!!! All the parts have been painted, just waiting for them to dry before putting the decals on (probably tomorrow or, right down to the wire, on Saturday).

Nope, still here! Little bit more work on the Thunderbolt today, so almost time for the decal bits!

Before I left for work, I glued the undercarriage into their support slots. Man, those are some chunky bits of plastic! They certainly don't need glue, but all the same I put a good bit in to keep the legs secure.

I almost forgot to add the underbelly invasion stripes and the green dorsal stripe. That would have been silly!

I'm fearing this might be a DNF, as I've got to go over some of the paintwork again before applying the decals....
