Really sweet little kit. I like it a lot. Mine will be simplified by leaving the undercarriage retracted - luckily I have a stand for it!

Some touching up to do. And I missed the inboard section of the port tailfin!

Got a start on the green camo yesterday, so I should have that finished by Monday at the outside.

Prop spinners and undercarriage doors have been fitted, trimmed and painted black to match the undersides.

I realised far too late, however, that the after-market decal options are for aircraft which either have the upper turret removed and an extended bomb bay, or an H2S radar installation beneath the fuselage.

Of course, my model has neither of these....!

I'm giving up building Lancasters after this GB!

Just need to paint the frames of the turrets and canopy (a LOT of fun that will be!) before decals go on.

I think I stuffed the fuselage decals by putting them in the wrong place, but hey, it's done.
