I've made a start on decaling the single seater, as I'm using the spare markings from a later boxing there won't be additional stencilling e.t.c. Just the main national markings and squadron badges. I'm going to have to adjust the orange on the tanks. it should line up with the elevator line and finish just after the small triangular bit. the tanks on the 2 seater are fine.

I've made the orange section too short on mine. I'm not changing it now for no-one no how no way.

That's starting to look rather lovely.

They do look very nice. Are you gonna leave them relatively clean or beaten-up?

Hi Marek, weathering is something I don't do. A skill I've not picked up as yet, occasionally a smidge of exhaust but I don't do panel lines or similar. I've seen some great work on here and at shows but it usually takes me a long while to get to where I'm happy with my work to dare risk ruining it.

I like "Krautwaffe" machines clean as much as I like em dirty :). They do look good regardless of what we put or not put on them. They just have quite striking camos.

Cheers, I manage to break off the nose wheel and a wing tank while decaling the 2 seater last night. I unmasked it this morning to find a lovely dust fairy under the canopy.

I had a shaving of plastic from another kit on mine. How it got in after the cockpit was all sealed up beats me. I think its fallen to the floor now tho.
