Sign-up and Chat

Modelling any subject from a "lesser represented" country; which is not a value judgment. Kits may be any scale or subject but you must sign-up and have your country and subject approved. You may build any number of models or countries, but there may be only one modeler per country !!!
GB runs 4 Apr - 3 May; your host is fredk.

Yes a very interesting GB. I learned lots about obscure types and nations.
Thanks Fred, maybe we could do it again next year?

"The same countries" as producer? Or "the same countries" as user?
So, anyway... Fred - you have 334 days to think about, how you wanna complicate our modellers life ;)

Thanks for leading the GB Fred, it makes a change to see aircraft in unfamiliar markings. :)

Well chaps, thats it. Thanks for taking part. I hope you enjoyed searching out and modelling a subject from a lesser represented country.

According to my arithmetic the stats look like;
23 names signed up to do 34 countries. 22 modellers started.
Subjects;
25 countries finished. 2 DNS [1 was a double entry], 7 DNF

All the finishers have photos in the gallery. Go have a browse.
Al speling misteaks aer all mi own werk..
Its not just how good your painting is, its how good the touch-ups are too.

25 finishers is a very respectable score considering its an unusual subject.

I for one would be happy to do a re-run next year if we get a chance.

Thank you all for a most enjoyable GB. An imaginative theme that encouraged modeller's creativity and I'm sure this accounted for the high number of sign-ups and completions.

Well Done, All !
