Hope you get it finished as you've done a good job so far.

Thanks for the comments. I finished the painting today as well as fitting various small parts and the undercarriage.

Just a few more parts and the decals to add to finish it tomorrow. :)

Thats looking very tidy.
What colour is that on the underneath?

Will you be using the New Zealand markings? If not, can I scrounge them off you? [suitable recompense will be made]
I got a Strikemaster off Ebay and it had Pelican and Oman decals, both poor due to age and out of register.
Al speling misteaks aer all mi own werk..
Its not just how good your painting is, its how good the touch-ups are too.

A few days ago I didn't think I'd manage to finish in time but after concentrating on it for a couple of days the Strikemaster is finished. :) (Apart from the nose glazing which has been taken by the carpet monster.) The decals went on OK and are nice and opaque.

More photos in the Gallery.

Fred, the underside is Humbrol Hu28, the lighting might be making it look a different shade than it actually is. I have used the NZ wing walkways on my model but you're welcome to the rest of them.

Nice one! That camo and those markings really suit it.
