Gents - As I mentioned before I am off to a strange and foriegn land tomorrow, a land where they speak a funny langauge and eat funny food, a land so remote and savage that they even have a FEARSOME fire breathing beast on their flag..!

...Or in other words I'm off to Wales for a week to yomp around Snowdonia looking at castles, eating Lava-bread (and probaly Chinese) and hunting for Dragons. I've never been to Wales before so I'm really looking forward to it - we have a rented cottage up in the hills and the views on the website look stunning!

the upshot of this is there is no internet access of it that I know of, so I'll be leaving you in the capable hands of Toby to keep you all in order.

Have fun when I'm gone and take it easy!

Regards

Stuart

Enjoy Wales.
Hunt the dragon with a camera only, they're rather endangered now.
Take only photos, leave only footprints.
Al speling misteaks aer all mi own werk..
Its not just how good your painting is, its how good the touch-ups are too.

It's alright Fred - the only thing I shoot with is 35mm and comes in rolls of 24 or 36 shots!

I am really looking forward to it - in the past 15 years I've only had one holiday overseas as although I like planes, I don't actually enjoy flying very much. But even on this smae island it's always possible to visit new places and I am constantly amazed at what a beautiful and diverse country this is.

Sounds like a wonderful holiday. I am so sheltered.

We GBLs move in mysterious ways. I was in Gower last week and had a great time. I can recommend the Brecon Mountain railway

and the Cenarth Falls if you visit the land of Dragons.

I know I haven't been round for a while and it may be just me, but . . . isn't this GB a bit - erm - quiet?

I must apologise for the relative silence. I'm afraid I've bitten off a bit more that I could chew with this and the vacform GB, and the latter is taking priority.

No apologies necessary, Rob. I have had long periods of non-posting during this GB due to work issues and lack of mojo. It just struck me as funny as I seemed not to be the only one.

BTW, I have seen your efforts to get the kilt on your Highlander sorted. Stick at it; it'll look fab!

regards,

Martin

I must admit to feeling lacking in the mojo department at the moment, too.

Well, it's not great to be in that situation, but I am glad it's not just me!

Maybe we should have a low motivation GB? I might do one of those Revell ready painted jobbers with just an undercarriage and ordnance to add.
