Its not just how good your painting is, its how good the touch-ups are too.

I'll be correcting the top parts but the rest will be straight forward. Looks like I have a wheel half missing. Have to raid the spares box.

I think I may have some spare if you're short of one. It's a nice little kit.

The tracks in this release looks far better than the older releases. My tracks cracked and broke off. It is a really nice build overall.
Besting 60 years of mediocre building of average kits in the stand off scale

One order has to be ready for the 30th; I should get it done by the about the 28th, so there may be time after to throw this one together.

I got some spare time yesterday evening and got this far;
Image
main hull done, guns in the sponsons, ready to put on

I painted the insides of the spokes of the steering wheels as from past experience I found these are the very devil to get painted once the wheel halves are joined. The missing wheel half was hiding in the box. They are slightly warped but they'll press out ok.
The top of the cupola has had the hatch removed. The cheese-wedge hath has been removed. Just need to fill that hole, put on a round hatch and some T bar, and A shaped exhaust covers.
If, If, I have time this will get a hen coop on the top.
