I've had several out-of-town trips and a cold in the last few weeks, which has slowed progress. Things are coming along, though not fast enough to present much of a chance of being done by the deadline. Painting is done. Tamiya aluminum overall with Testors chrome for the cowling gave me a contrast that I liked. Upper wings and landing gear should go on tomorrow. By the deadline I'll probably be able to do the decals or the rigging, but probably not both.

A good model is any model you can walk away from.

Coming along. Major assembly about done. The struts were a headache, with the brittle old plastic tending to snap in my fingers. Otherwise not too bad. Time to rig or decal; I still can't decide which to do first.

Looking good. Remember doing this more years ago than I care to recall. You're doing a far better job than I did

Really nice.
I usually decal first. Then if I don't feel like rigging, it's "finished"
