Very nice. I'm rather partial to submarine models these days 8-)

Hi, although I'm fortunate to be employed, they are two part time jobs and I have little else going on life wise so modelling gets the biggest chunk of my time after work. I'm very dull and boring really!!

I received the tap on the shoulder 2 months ago, having worked for a manufacturer of American earth moving equipment that is known to "ClATTER".
It has its upside though, an hours modeling before I start my daily job search. When I finish that I walk over to the major super market (known for their horse meat) just down the road just in time to check the remaindered shelf. Rump steak for 3 quid can't be bad. I made "shooters Sandwich" with the steak.
Then more modeling.
For any one who has never had Shooters Sandwich. Take a loaf and cut off 1 end, retain to use a plug. Hollow out the loaf. Fry the steak 1 minute each side (season as appropriate. Salt & pepper, Mustard, or Horseradish sauce. Your choice). then place inside the loaf. Fry some mushrooms (large open cup) dry on kitchen towel, the place inside the loaf on top of the steak. Replace the plug and wrap the loaf tightly in grease proof paper. Place a heavy weight on top and leave for about 6 hours. Unwrap and slice about 1 inch thick. Eat cold, it's glorious.
I wish, that I knew what was doing!

Nice work. Eight parts or Eighty, "A kit's a kit for a' that" ( to paraphrase Robert Burns, who was, I believe, rather partial to very large German tanks) :ha:
