Re: Andrew's Airfix Ford Trimotor
Thanks chaps. It's a nice kit, and the build has been fun.
Fitting the motor pods to sit right under the wings looks like it could be a tad tricky!
Also I'm running out of time - going away for next weekend as there's a civic holiday.

Agh! How frustrating! It was going so well.

Not going well. Nothing done for three days. Temperatures around 37C with high humidity plus the cold have not been good for productivity.

Re: Andrew's Airfix Ford Trimotor
Did you get any more opportunity to work on it or have the lurgies put paid to it?

Twas a well-run race, to be sure, and we'll be keen to see the finished product when she is rolled out...

I'll refrain from any further lurgi jokes - Nigel grabbed the obvious one.....
I shall look forward to seeing this one completed on your Workbench Window, Andrew - a cool subject and underrated kit for sure.

Andrew,
A very nice looking model so far, that red nose really helps brighten it up. Looking forward to seeing it finished.
Regards,
Steve
