It's strangely therapeutic actually as both are the same aircraft but the kits have enough differences to almost make them different kits!. Here is the old tool Gladiator, No 72 Squadron RAF, Church Fenton 1937.

Guns going on, just a bit of painting of the exhaust pipes and we're there. And the canopy of course. And painting the guns. And decals. And THEN we're there!!. :lol:

I missed spotting your painting earlier.
I don't think anyone is going to give you grief, or pack drill, over this;
The half black underneath was pre-and post-Battle of Britain.
First it was white/black, replaced by Sky only in June, then Sky/black from November '40
Anyways; its coming on nicely.
Al speling misteaks aer all mi own werk..
Its not just how good your painting is, its how good the touch-ups are too.

Managed to finish this one dinner time yesterday, but didn't post pics as I dedicated all remaining Tuesday to finishing the Battle!.

Both old and new tool together.

The tail of the new (camo) one needs some work on the rigging holes but will get to that soon!.
Hoping to return to modelling sometime this year!! :lol:
