A forum meet up for this year?

Post by Gregers »

I've just read Al's post in the 'happy new year' thread. Would anyone like to have a meet up at the suggested place of Elvington Air Museum?. I'm certainly up for it. Over to you guys.

All the best.

How about doing something closer to the midlands, around Birmingham?

Elvington is just too far away for some of us.

Coventry is closer to me than York, so count me in. The sooner we can decide a date the sooner I can get my leave application in to make sure I have that weekend free from work.

Subject to the actual date, if anyone needs a lift from Milton Keynes (easy rail links to London) or between MK and Coventry then let me know
Best wishes

There's a model show at the museum in June. The Cold War SIG is usually in attendance.

Just seen this post/thread. I've left a message in the Happy New Year thread, I can certainly make it to Milton Keynes on the X5 bus if a lift from there is available!. Coventry is fine.
Hoping to return to modelling sometime this year!!

I've now got a new car (well an old one but new to me), so would be able to travel under my own power! (if this goes ahead).
