Should be 'Allo 'Allo. Rene Artois is no more. Gorden Kaye has died aged 75, maybe not modelling related but 'Allo 'Allo was set in WWII so...
(Maybe I can find a kit of Lt. Grueber's 'Little tank').

Re: Goodbye Goodbye
Gruber's little tank was very similar to a Sdkfz 222 which is kitted by Tamiya in 1/35th and Airfix in 1/72.

Re: Goodbye Goodbye
I've been toying with the idea of doing a Nouvion diorama complete with Cafe Artois and run over pissoir.

Go for it!!. I've checked out the kits you suggested and compared them with screen shots of the little tank, they seem all but identical except for equipment details on them. I'll be ordering one soon!!.Dazzled wrote:I've been toying with the idea of doing a Nouvion diorama complete with Cafe Artois and run over pissoir.

Re: Goodbye Goodbye
That sounds like fun. Preiser do a lot of figures that may be usable.
So many models, so little time.
Re: Goodbye Goodbye
Thanks, that might be useful, I wanted to do a Renee and Hans Geering figure for it. I've also got the model I mentioned earlier, just waiting for a build space and the research to be carried out. (At least that's what I call sitting and watching 'Allo 'Allo for hours, always a favourite show of mine).Chuck E wrote:That sounds like fun. Preiser do a lot of figures that may be usable.

Miniart do quite a lot of suitable 1/35th diorama accessories including a French WW2 period café.
