End of 2016-17 modelling season for me

Post by DavidWomby »

I had hoped to finish my Herc and Lightning F2 before shutting down modelling for the summer but I am out of time. I leave for Nova Scotia on Wednesday for 4-5 months (and a side trip to UK) and have a ton to do to be ready to leave.

I will also have no internet in Nova Scotia except when I visit the local library. So I'll try to look in here when I can but I'll probably be a pretty rare contributor to the threads until I come home.

Have a great summer (Northern hemisphere members only ;-) ).

Hi Paul

Modelling a 1:1 scale summer cottage. The exterior and the interior walls were all finished by the builder before winter but my wife and I are doing all the interior painting, plumbing, doors, trim, floors and cabinetry plus building a deck. First job the day we arrive is buy and install a toilet!!!!

Wow, what a great summer project! Please be sure to take plenty of photos of your progress, and share with us whenever you are able!

I hope you have a good trip up, and that all goes according to plan for you and your wife!
Best wishes

Hope you have a great summer too David and all goes well with the cottage. BTW, I hope you're a quick plumber otherwise you'll really be getting back to nature
