What Is The Last Movie/Show You Saw?
Re: What Is The Last Movie/Show You Saw?
Saw "Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part 2" yesterday. For me it was the best of the series and the highlight was when Mrs. Weasley dealt with Belatrix. What a line that was! (can't repeat it hear due to the language).

Saw "Keeping mum" the other night in Film4.
Apart from the ad breaks somewhat disturbing the storyline, it was a brilliantly black UK comedy.
Rowan Atkinson is superbly cast as the country village vicar.
Great performances from Dame Maggie Smith and Kristen Scott-Thomas as well as a somewhat typecast but no less great turn by the fabtastic Liz Smith as the batty next door neighbour.
Interesting character played by the late Patrick Swayze too.
Only slight let down was both my missus and I guessed the outcome about half way through the film.

We watched the original 1977 Star Wars last night - the one that George Lucas grudgingly added to the release of the newly-styled Part IV but refused to touch up in any way: no bells, whistles, CGI or Muppets: MAGIC!!!!
She brought the four Harry Potter movies we didn't have home last night and I'm just going through our five step digitisation process to get them all on the media player as the HP Marathon has been brought forward...

The 2011 prequel to The Thing, confusingly titled The Thing. Not bad, neat tie in to Carpenter's movie in the scene at the end.
