Sign-up and Chat

This is a GB for Heller kits and derivatives thereof - any kit, any scale, any variant, any markings. However, not everyone is allowed to build HMS Victory, so get your bids in early. Runs 12 September through 11 October and your host is TobyC.

Well, I'm back from my hols in sunny Crete :)

A spiffy new Heller kit was waiting for me 8-)

And so was a pile of unexpected decorating concocted by Mrs Dazzled and no.1 daughter :frown:

I'll see what I can do. Priorities dictate that modelling comes first ;-)

I'll get there Toby. Got 3x12 hour shifts starting tomorrow followed by 4 days off. Hopefully I can dodge decorating for at least one of those. Besides, after shelling out for a kit especially for this GB, I'm pretty loathe not to participate.

I may just need an extension; I'm still glossing up my 108. Its taking time to get a shine. Then the decals have to go on.

Thanks. I should be able to get the decals on tomorrow, then its glossing over them and just a bit of touching in.
Its letting the Klear dry properly is taking the extra time.
