Brilliant work, the pre-shading and post-lightning has worked well giving a nice worn look.

My work bench is starting to look like Portsmouth Naval Dockyard.

Ooh very tasty. Nice effect with the paint.
Re: Gadfly's Danish Dragon
Thank you for the kind words on my build.
I've been progressing and have added a few decals. the original Heller Decals were shot being very elderly.
So I found some replacements in a Esci F-100 kit. I think they look ok there are only a few of them.
I've also now flatted the paint back and given it a filter wash of burnt sienna oil well thinned with turps...
I always seem to have a few projects on the go and one of them is an ongoing build of a MiG-25U i've been doing some paint on this and I thought the size comparison between the Draken and MiG-25 was interesting...
Thanks for looking..
More later..
Cheers

Great job, Gadfly. Your pre-shading is second to none and has really brought the plane to life

Excellent pre shading work. It does have that well used look.

I very much agree. You will have to post a tutorial for us as this is the best weathering I have seen.Miss-Stang wrote:Great job, Gadfly. Your pre-shading is second to none and has really brought the plane to life
