Had a few to choose from but have gone with this to sit alongside my Super Etendard.
Hopefully the fin pitot will last.

Should be a reasonably quick build, not so keen on the horizontal fuselage seams.

Nice looking kit (I've just ordered the Super Etendard).
Stuart Templeton I may not be good but I'm slow...

I don't recall any hardships when I built my Heller one other than breaking a fin on the Exocet.

That looks to be a good kit. Actually finding a bad Heller kit isn't easy.

Re: Shane's Etendard IVM
No pics to show as I've only been doing the sub assemblies. Painted the cockpit, jet pipe and seat e.t.c. Main wing glued in place. Got to sort noseweight then pop in the instrument panel before joining the fuselage halves. Not too many parts to this kit. Need to pick up some primer this weekend.

Re: Shane's Etendard IVM
Main parts together now, needs a squirt of primer to check the seams. The soft plastic is easy to work with but you need to be careful with the raised detail.

Re: Shane's Etendard IVM
Sorry for the lack of updates, all the main components are together and I've been sorting the seams on the fuselage and underwing bits. It's all primed and hope to get the white undersides done this week. Fingers crossed I won't snap off the pitot on the tailfin.

All the seams have been attended to and it's sitting primed. Canopy to mask. I doubt it will be done for the deadline but I hope to have the main colours on by the weekend.I had to pop the decals n the window to bleach a tad.

I will probably be able to offer you a couple of days extra if that helps.shangos70 wrote:All the seams have been attended to and it's sitting primed. Canopy to mask.
