Fly Me to the Moon - BLAST OFF (I mean Finished)

Any subject, any scale, just so long as it fits within the outer diameter of a CD (or DVD, or BlueRay). And some of those famous UAMF extra ninja brownie bonus points if you can match the CD/DVD with the subject of the build.

Jan 30, 1956: Walt Disney was quoted as saying: "Nobody was more surprised than me when the damn thing suddenly fired up and took off out of the park!"

Well, perhaps and truer quote would be Jan 30, 2016: "Nobody was more surprised than David when he declared this GB entry as done!"

The rocket exhaust plume is a wooden stick smeared with clear silicone caulking and then lightly touched with orange and yellow paint. The smoke, of course, is regular cotton wool.

Thanks for watching.

If space travel were easy, everyone would do it - congrats on your great effort !!

I'm trying now to re-program the satellite from over your house, but somebody blasted a rocket off and the smoke trail is in the way ....
