If you can walk away from a landing, it's a good landing. If you use the airplane the next day, it's an outstanding landing

Watching how you go with this, I have an old Airfix F3 but would like a nice shiny new one. Quite surprised Airfix haven't made mention of a new one yet. Good luck with the photo etch.

The PE kicked my butt good and proper today. Some of these parts are so small I can barely see them, let alone do owt else with them.. but progress has been made. Sort of.

Bonus points if you can see what happened to a tiny lever that I had searched all over the bench for after a PING and had written off to the Carpet Monster.. then I uploaded photos and...

Dingdingding. It is, in fact, stuck to the floor. I somehow missed it while searching my person and the desk!

I'll not get this done in time. It's a challenging kit of a type I'm not used to building. Going to finish it soon, but also not going to screw it up by rushing it.

Better to do it at your own pace and get a pleasing result than balls it up.
