Re: Sign-up and Chat
Can I join in? I'm a little late to the party, but I think I can rustle up something.....

And probably all the way to Monday, and now I have that lost week to make up for in the next week .... it isn't going to happen ....jRatz wrote:May not happen - I am pretty sure I just lost Thursday and probably Friday.jRatz wrote:I think I'll try another, Friday-Sunday (-ish).
A bit more challenging; something 'tween wars.
I'll try, but ...

I'm hoping to fit one in but right now I'm caught up in some business meetings which are taking up all my time
I have some Hobbyboss kits. One of those should break the duck.

I'm thinking I may have a pop at something with tracks. Possibly Revell's 1/72 T-80, which looks quite nice. Time and date TBD.

Re: Sign-up and Chat
Going through some old kits the other day and came across a sci fi ship that, if I can find the right paint, looks like I could get done in a day.
Not sure which day but sometime before the 25th as I will be heading to San Francisco with my female friend.

That's a late-period MB mould right? No diorama, though so it's practically cheating.flakmonkey wrote:I'm thinking I may have a pop at something with tracks. Possibly Revell's 1/72 T-80, which looks quite nice. Time and date TBD.

Re: Sign-up and Chat
I think it's a fairly new tool - I really don't keep up on armour though. It has link & length tracks rather than vinyl, and a ton of parts. Like, really tiny parts. I don't see how anything could possibly go wrong with that.
Edited to add - actually, it is the 1990s Matchbox kit - with an additional 2346789678927854377843702765378265348 parts for the ERA. I seem to remember the Matchbox kit wasn't bad at all.

With two straight DNFs in a row, I'd better raise my game.. SWMBO is away to the Athens of the North for the weekend so I'll be left on my own in the Venice of the North with lots and lots of styrene/beer/loud terrible music.

What, you mean, other than being home alone with about 600 pints of beer? Nothing. Nothing at all.Arcwelder wrote:What could possibly go hideously wrong?
