I'm finally going to be entering a Blitz GB for the first time and my build will be the 1/72 Airfix Sea Hurricane in a Whif Tiger Meet 814 Naval Air Squadron livery to go with my Tiger Meet Spitfire.
Its my birthday on Friday and I'm working so my treat to myself will be a full day of relaxing and modelling on Saturday .
I'm unsure what time I'll be starting but I will post when I start that morning but until then here is the box art:
Mav's Blitz ***NONE STARTER***

Re: Mav's Tiger Blitz
That doesn't look like any Pzkpfw VI I ever saw…
Would ya like to learn to fly? Would ya? Would you like to see me try?

As an ex-member of 814 Squadron I appreciate the gesture and will watch with interest.
My work bench is starting to look like Portsmouth Naval Dockyard.

Re: Mav's Big Blitz
Ok a new date has been sent.
I'm aiming for Wednesday the 17th as Valentines day has been acquired to treat my better half.
After alot of thinking into weather I could actually build and complete a 1/72 Revell SR-71 in 24 hours I have decided that I will risk it but I'll be doing 2 12 hour sessions.
The model comes with the Drone that sits on her back but I wont be building that one today.
I'll post a pic of the box and kit on the sprews before I start.

Re: Mav's Blitz ***NONE STARTER***
Unfortunately folks I won't be able to start this blitz as when ever I would be able to do a 12 hour stint I have other things that need to be done due to not being able to do them during work hours.
Maybe I'll be able to take part next time but who knows .
