OT's Syrian Suprise *** Completed ***
I plan to blitz an Airfix Spitfire F.22 this Saturday starting around midday (GMT). I'll have to go with the girly option of two 12 hour shifts over consecutive days due to family commitments.
The plan is to keep this an OOB build apart from the decals and it will be in the markings of the Syrian Air Force. Assuming I have those decals.
Please look in if you can.

Unless I'm making it!

Will there be artery-clogging fast food options involved?
Is this your sanderling?.

Re: OT's Syrian Suprise
That does sound rather nice, just add chips and garlic sauce. Yum.Arcwelder wrote:"take 500g of dates, 200g of almonds, some couscous and apricots, dip in suet and deep fry"
We may see one or two chips today but nothing too bad. The wife is at home!

Not according to the famous patch worn by James Hunt on his racing overalls…Arcwelder wrote:Breakfast of Champions, my friend.flakmonkey wrote:Beer and kebabs for breakfast. Excellent.

Re: OT's Syrian Suprise
Unfortunately i'm not getting any of that, just grief off Photobucket!
I think I managed to upload my start time but I can't see the image in my photobucket folder just a square with the filename but lets see what happens when I drop it into the web page!
I found some useable decals too.
So first thing is to remove the interior parts from the rather chunky sprue gates. And download a better clock for the ipad.
I am just wondering what colour the Spit 22 interior would be. All black by then?

Time for lunch.
Eating whilst waiting for the glue to dry on the interior parts before painting them.
Chilling out just now with a little Tom Petty.

Great choice, and a healthy and nutritious meal, I see, containing three of the four main male food groups: Salt, Grease and Starch. If you had beer in that mug you'd have the perfect balanced meal.
