Sorry I missed this one Mark as this is one of the few Spitfire kits I've never built.
I know what you mean about separate wing tips - what a bind. Can never get them to fit properly or stay on! Maybe I should specialise on clipped wing Spits? :lol:

All that aside, great result and much respect for doing a straight 24 hour build.

No problem with missing it OT I'll probably do another in a year or so!!!. :lol: , and thanks for the nice comments. As for the wingtips I would rather cut them off to make a clipped wing than add flat surface mounted tips but there you go!. It's a nice kit actually, not overly detailed such as wheels bays, and the canopy needs watching as mine didn't fit brilliantly but otherwise worth doing. :grin:
