Calling this one done. There are lots of things I could have done better, but probably not in the time available. It looks fine from across the room.

There's a brushed coat of flat Klear on the blue. It's not quite dry, so it may look shiny in places. But give it time.

This is a nice kit, but it does like to fight back. I'd like to do another one, but properly. Probably in the same scheme too. I think it really does look smart. Lightnings always looked best in bare metal with flamboyant squadron and personal markings. Like a sci-fi version of between the wars RAF fighters.

The Tall Vegetarian Wife is doing something with rice. She claims it's a biryani, but I have to report that no lamb or chicken is anywhere to be seen.

Catherine, I am disappoint,

I should maybe trade her in for a… oh… Kim. Well, hi…

Would ya like to learn to fly? Would ya? Would you like to see me try?

I think you're being somewhat harsh on yourself; that looks a great finish anyhow and certainly in the time allowed!

I'm intrigued by a meat-less biryani.....
Best wishes

Well done. I think that looks terrific and quite amazing and even more so because it was Blitz.

SWEET build. Very appropriate build for a blitz too.

All the best.

Can never go wrong with a blue/silver scheme.
Great blitz and great finish!
