Great finishes! I have to say that of all the RAF aircraft in desert pink, the Tonka was the best looking by far!
Best wishes

Jim
If you can walk away from a landing, it's a good landing. If you use the airplane the next day, it's an outstanding landing

Thanks!. Despite the horrible nature of the anti personnel bit if the 233, I always thought they were such a brute of a weapon, sort of harking back to hitting someone with a big club!. The nose marking on the A-10 wasn't part of this aircraft's scheme but I've always liked the warthog nose art so on it went!.
Iggie, as I've said before the Tornado wasn't really a favourite until recently, but you're right, the desert scheme is the best one for a Tornado in my book. Goes nicely with the Jaguar I did many years back in desert pink!.
Hoping to return to modelling sometime this year!!

Nice work on a couple of bruisers Marky. I'm only a recent convert to the Tonka myself...when on holiday at Haggerston castle, playing my one and only ever round of golf, one of 15 Squadrons Tonkas came screaming over the 8th green, tilted on it's side. (I could read the 'XV' on the tail!) :-D
