Pleased it's a Batch 3 and not an earlier Batch 1 or 2. There are 3 pieces to the radar I have to make, 20 pieces for the earlier version :shock:

I'm actually surprised how big (well, maybe 'how long' would be more apt) the Type 42 is next to the Missouri.

The Batch 3 Type 42's were quite big ships all being told but still a lot smaller than the current Type 45's :grin: Cheeky request Kit but can I blag the leftover decals from your build please? I've a Revell boxing of the same kit but its missing the decal sheet. The deck markings I can mask but its the hull numbers that are most important.
