Stuart's Spitfire F.mk.24***Finished***

Honoring Edgar Brooks, a Spitfire researcher and contributor to many modelling forums, we have the Every Mark of Spitfire GB -- in which at least one of each will be built, not in a free-for-all, but to a "plan".
The GB runs from 27 Feb 2016 to 10 April and your host are Martin R and Sir T.

Decals finished and gear on - almost there!

The decal stripes were a pain - took me two days to do!

They look very good indeed, and the white looks to be nice and opaque as well!
Best wishes

Those decal stripes look brilliant and well worth the effort and perseverance. Decal stripes are notorious for not being right, very well done

It's getting there - prop and wheels to finish painting - then just the rockets.

I won't get this one done by tomorrow but it won't be far off.

Again, same as the mk.I it's not a bad kit - it's my second attempt at it and it's nice to have it on the shelf (And how blooming cool are those Rockets)!!!!

Thanks again to David and Mark for those bits!

Cheers

Very pretty. Like a first and a last display when positioned beside the Mk.I.
