There has been progress and I'll hopefully get pics up tonight. The MKIX is ready for decaling then finishing parts and the VI needs a couple of coats of grey on the underside and it's at the same stage as the IX.

Sorry about the late report. More progress has been made. The Spit IX is done and the VI is well on the way, currently has it's pre decal gloss coat drying. I'll let the pics do the talking.

I'm doing some more on the MKVI tonight. I'll upload the gallery shots when they are both done.

The silver looks brilliant what is it enamel or acrylic?

Cheers guys. It's Xtracrylic silver, Brushed on. No clear coat over it (yet).

I've found out it's not a problem with the camera, The laptop has some problems and it's now in for repair. Pics will be forthcoming as soon as I can sort access to a way of uploading them. (Am at work posting this)
