A running rabbit would be problematic due to the delay between pulling the trigger, and the shot actually going off with a flintlock. A stationary one would be entirely possible though -- assuming the flintlock in question had a rifled barrel. Large scale adoption of rifles was still a few decades off, and as that process ran it's course, uniforms and tactics changed. The soldiers of the Napoleonic wars were, with some notable exceptions, equipped with smoothbores.Must have watched too many movies where they can hit a running rabbit at 200yds with the old flintlock.
