Toms' early Buccaneer

A simple GB, convert one thing to another - any subject, any scale, any era, any method, but ending up with a different variant, than what the bits provide for in the box.
GB runs 16th April to 29th May and your host is Martin R.

That will look brilliant in 809 NAS markings and anti flash white.

Cheers guys, made some more progress on the early Bucc today:

Wings and tail on, the fuselage almost smoothed out and still more sanding to do

Anyways Martin has given the go ahead for me to add another build into this one and I'll be building another Buccaneer. This one will be an S.2 though so no major surgery (read plastic butchery :ha: ) required but is an unusual version:

This is the unusual bit:

Yep a recce Bucc :-D , planned loadout is the recce pack with a pair of long range tanks. I'll be using Freightdogs' lovely resin tanks and a replacement nose and tail like the S.1 build. Colour scheme will be overall EDSG and it'll be wearing 809NAS markings like the S.1.
