Re: PT changes the guard
Knowing you that's going to turn into something quite different from what the box suggests.
Having been tempted by these kits, I'm curious as to the quality of the base kit, so I'll certainly be keeping an eye on this build.

I won't call you a tube for having a go,Kitaholic wrote:knowing your penchant for musical artistes I'm gonna plumb for Mike Oldfield (thinking outside the box here)
That's a perfectly reasonable guess as I have the Musketeer figure as well, and that will probably end up a music one.

The detail is certainly good, especially on all the accoutrements like powder flasks, sword guard, spurs etc.rob_van_riel wrote:Knowing you that's going to turn into something quite different from what the box suggests.

A bit of flash, especially in the more filigree-like parts.
The plastic feels quite soft and flexible, probably not an issue if it is being built OOB, but as I'll be doing a LOT of filing off, sanding and adding on, it remains to be seen how the base parts will behave.

I see where you're coming from 'Paradise by the dashboard light'....nope! I couldn't afford the amount of filler that I'd need to bulk out the figure to make Meatloaf!!!!AndrewR wrote:Must be a Dead Ringer for a bloke who's Bat is coming from Hell...

Hmmm, I'm not sure if you're VERY close, or having touched on a key word are now on a reciprocal heading.Arcwelder wrote:Some sort of Captain Bligh thing?
To confirm if you're on the right track, but not wanting to give the game away, which of these numbers would apply to the subject? - 1.....2.....or 3?
