Got in an hour-and-a-bit of midnight modelling, so did some shaving, sanding and Milliput-ing.

What a great idea! This is gonna be fun to watch. I actually met the guy once.

Not enamoured of the soft plastic, and the not great fit of some parts, namely the legs, arms and head. In the absence of locating pins, I put blobs of blu-tack inside the ankles and knees to provide a bit of grip whilst trying to align top and bottom of the legs, same with the arms and head. With the bad fit of face onto head, I allowed some blu-tack to act like 'Filler from the inside' as it would be tricky to sand without losing detail!.










Most of the sheepskin waistcoat will not be visible below the poncho.

Getting the face to fit onto the front of the head without a gap is fun...NOT! I wonder if it is to late to change this to Yul Brynner in 'Westworld' The flexibility of the parts does not appear to extend to the hat, which comes in 2 parts. I've trimmed some width off the brim and shortened the 'dome' so that I can add some Milliput to the top and 'dimple' it in. Progress pics to follow
