As mentioned, there are some other photos in the 'Completed' section.

At the end I had to put the kit main wheels on as they were a little larger in diameter because the main U/C legs were about 2 mm too short (had to do some chopping of the outer gear doors to 'look right'. In addition, the carefully measured (I did one thing right - ish) nose gear leg seems to have ended up about 2 mm too long. As for the canopy, despite 'Klear' it still managed to mist a bit using araldite Rapid - don't ask me why I didn't use PVA - I've no idea; tired, late, fed-up who knows a dose of all of them I suspect?! I had formulated the Araldite plan weeks ago and obviously it overcame all sense of common sense when it was time to do the glue. It would be nice if the landing light lenses sparkled a bit more, they cost enough!

Old Tonto, I am not at all sure it was worth the effort BUT there are loads of things I am aware of now for building these type kits (avoid them being top of the list!!! :-D )

Looks very smart indeed, despite the grief it has caused along the way! Extra points I think are deserved for perseverance
Best wishes

Jim
If you can walk away from a landing, it's a good landing. If you use the airplane the next day, it's an outstanding landing

Awesome build, glad you managed to beat it into submission.

All the best.

Well done.
In my motor club we have an award for those who complete a rally despite mechanical breakdowns, getting lost etc ~ its the 'Spirit of the Rally' trophy.
I think you deserve a virtual 'Spirit of the GB' award.

Purple, I shall stick to a Havana Club 7 years and coke rather than a cigar. Appeciate the sentiment though.
