Re: Tom's Cold War Warriors
Nice paint job Tom. The coning tower looks like a pin cushion with all that paraphernalia.

Re: Tom's Cold War Warriors
Been a while but I have finally finished a few more for my Cold War collection:
From back to front:
1/700 Hobbyboss Typhoon class SSBN
1/700 Hobbyboss Akula class SSN
1/700 Dragon Alfa class SSN
All three were quick and stress free mojo builders and I'll be adding more 1/700 subs in due course.
Regards
Tom

Re: Tom's Cold War Warriors
They look terrific Tom and nicely photographed too.
But, you know what? When I saw them I couldn't help but think of this....

Re: Tom's Cold War Warriors
Just a little update after a long hiatus
The Warrior is almost ready:
And I've started a 1/72 build of the coolest MBT ever made; the Swedish STRV.103B :
Its a Trumpeter kit and very nice too, might be picking up a few more of their small scale armour in the future.
Regards
Tom

Re: Tom's Cold War Warriors
The Warrior looks very neat Tom and I have to agree with you about the STRV 103. It's a pretty individual machine

Outstanding. One for the BDAC show too. I'm sure we can squeeze it in somewhere
