I'm back using PB, now that I have a more up to date computer and Windows it's not as slow as it used to be. Not as quick as the add image but close enough. Here is the current state of play with Lusty. Nearly all done with painting, at least the basics.

Mostly straight!!, it looks acceptable, certainly from a distance!!. Still have the air wing to paint, as well as the crane and crane truck.

You've done a good job with getting the decals on, especially as you had to navigate round the superstructure, and I was very thankful that I had left that off. Getting it on later has not been a barrel of laughs though. The decals for the planes are a joke too I was struggling to see the right from the wrong side of them, with the ones I have so far got on.

Ps: to those who know me shhhh quiet ;-)

Nice work, Mark. Hopefully, you and Chris can get together at Telford to compare notes. ;-)

Thanks Chris. I actually got most of them on okay at least down the port side of the flight deck. When I did the other side it also wasn't bad until I had to do the forward lift and then it was a bit tight!!.

The ship herself is done, just working on the air wing and the deck equipment. Should be done over the weekend!.

The air wing is now present although I forgot to take a pic with them on deck!. I didn't put any of the decals on them as I struggle enough with small decals without risking the wrath of even tinier ones!!.

Indeed looks ready for sea. Great job on what sounds a challenging kit.

Very nice completion! Will her squadrons be flying on while at sea?

Thanks everyone, appreciate the compliements  . It's not too challenging but you have to work at the hull sides when you attach the lower deck, there does seem to be some coming apart if you don't set it right. It's not beyond anyone I think. As for the squadrons, they have now arrived!, I did toy with the idea of using some thinish wire to get one or more Harriers airborne. Might report back later!.

Well done - that's come good now, and is another one finished and another large box out of the loft. ;-)

You've counted them all off the deck and we're just waiting for you to count them back on again.
