Right, this is about as far as I'm going to get with Eskimo for this GB; everything is done apart from the whirly bits down below (and to be honest, this build is likely to end up in a seascape diorama so they will only get in the way) and the bootline, which I can't do yet as it's so warm at present the hull paint is still tacky (acrylic  ) and I don't want to risk spraying a varnish coat to seal the weathering in this heat either.
So for your delectation, HMS Eskimo (Trumpeter 1/350)

Looks very much as it has spent some time at sea, great effort.

That looks good. The etch has brought it all together well.

Excellent work, very Well Done !!!

You illustrate two things -- that 1/350 is an ideal scale for that class ship and photo-etch is good for ships ... IMO.

Thanks for the kind comments; the PE really makes a huge difference at this scale as it's still big enough to really be seen (except when a bit goes pinggggg!!) Against the results of the model. The hull size is also nicely manageable for painting etc.
I've enjoyed the build very much as I did with my corvette in the same scale, and I'm looking forward to getting to grips with something else of a nautical theme from the 1/350th part of my stash
Best wishes
