Thirty six hours to go.
Start your build threads anytime you want.
Show us what you plan now, even if you change your mind later.

I think I'll be going 'chicken'.
I have a few Hobby Boss kits, some with very simple paint schemes which are contenders for this.
I'll do one for shure, hopefully two kits

I enjoyed my build so much that I may well squeeze another one in before the end of the month, and it may well be in 1/32 this time... :shock:

I'm hoping the assembly will be fairly quick, to allow some time for painting & weathering; the detail cries out for it!

I feel certain (and clever!! :lol: ) to say that if the pic you have showed is what's in the box then it definitely is a TIE X1, used by Darth Vader in Episode IV. The TIE from Episode VII is more like the standard TIE. Okay, I'll be quiet now!!. :ha:
Hoping to return to modelling sometime this year!! :lol:

I must say I'm a wee bit disappointed with you lot;
Where are all the music videos, the photos of snacks, bowls of cheerios, tins of oddly named beers or cups of coffee with paint brushes dunked in them? eh?

I'm only teasing in jest.

Jest understood as such, but in fact, I think this is a matter of fairly personal modus operandi. I could never work with any sort of video running, or even unfamiliar music (and when things get really knotty, I've been know to silence even that). Similarly, although just about anything else can be found on my very cluttered bench, no foodstuffs ever end up there, at best you'll find a mug of tea sitting just within reach. Somehow getting my food on my models or vice verse never did it for me :???: When it comes to these things, watching me at work is about as uninteresting as it gets.

Hey Fred. I am getting blitz food and music lined up for the 13th. Never fear.
