Glad you like them, they work for wine too. Cosmic has an instinct for these things.

This A-37 kit from Academy looks lovely.

Image

We are seeing some crackerjack timing Wang.

This old Blackbird kit went together with very little filler. Looks very cool.

Image

And I have managed to get the Delfin stuck together where it touches.

Image

I have to say, not the best kit I've ever built. No location pins and even the wings are butt joined. Not a phrase you want to hear during a Blitzbau. At least the Pork Chop express is making a get away.

Must be time for more fodder.

Apologies for the lack of updates viewers. Spent the last hour working our way through Kababs. I must say, it's sitting a bit heavy. The paint and adhesive fumes hit you when you enter the Blitzbau House. Must open the back door.

Will do another update soon, hopefully with the wings on.

We ought to put a list of recommendations for Blitzbaus together. One of the recommendations would be no heavy food, and another would be fine adult beverages in moderation.

The big silver bird is drying overnight.

Image

His work done Cosmic sleeps.

Image

The sprue gates of the Delfin are very heavy requiring a lot of clean up. Canopy fit is p*$$ poor too.

Image

So this is as far as I've managed tonight.

Image

Going to get some ZZZZ's now.

Just woken up from a kebab induced sleep. The Blitzbau house is silent as a mouse apart from Cosmics snoring & smells a little funky.

Let me wake up a bit and I'll give you a halfway (12 hour) report.

Blitz brekky

Image

SR-71 is very big & shinny

Image

This is where I am at this morning:

Image

The canopy is was too short for the fuselage hole:

Image

So I made it fit at the front as its easier to fill at the back. Need to get that masked and the kit primed.

Quick update.

Delfin canopy fits as good as it ever will.

Image
It's going to get a coat of white primer now.

Blackbird is getting some detailing.

Image

Finnski has arrived (must confess I don't remember him leaving   ). Brought his specs today so will hopefully make some progress.

The A-37 is chugging along nicely.

Image

Whilst the SR-71 has decals and some weathering.

Image

Looking very cool.

The Delfin has has a primer coat of white and I just sprayed the first coat of yellow. Looks pretty bright.

Image

Sorry, forgot the clock. It's 10:52 here.
