An Aston **DNS/DNF**

Post by fredk »

An Aston Martin International.
I do like these Pyro car kits. They have some loverly detailing.
This will go nicely with my Matchbox Aston Martin Ulster

The parts are in dark red plastic;

When I saw the title I thought you were doing a figure conversion of Bob Monkhouse's assistant on The Golden Shot! :roll:

.....or was it a baited trap to see who would show their age? :ha:

I just picked up 3 from the Vintage Brass series, all unfortunately pre-1919. They are very nice looking kits but with no paint instructions, so I guess it's off to "google" ....

aye, no paint instruction cos they're meant to stay 'brass'; a fad of the time.

I only remember 'Bernie the bolt'

Sorry; everything is in abeyance for a few days. I have 80-90 1/76 French Napoleonic soldiers to paint up and get to someone in England asap. I hope to have them done and in the post before next weekend. Then its back to this.

I'm sorry I didn't build anything as I wished.
Things just didn't go to plan and these last two weeks I've been concentrating on builds promised for showing at SMW.

I'll do this in my Workbench thingy thread after I get back from Telford

Well, the good news is I went and found one of these kits.
The bad news is I found their entire Vintage Brass series also.
